Comments on Posts Vanish in Vista Social App, Creating Social Media Confusion

Social Media NIGHTMARE

The Vista Social app has become a moderation nightmare for engaging with potential donors and the public. Even after Vista Social confirms a comment has been posted, it often disappears shortly afterward.

This creates three serious problems:

  1. Duplicate postings – Volunteers at the Original Bible Foundation resend the same comments, thinking the error was on our end, cluttering the post and potentially annoying potential donors.

  2. Loss of context – When followers reply, we have no record of what we originally said, leaving us in the dark.

  3. Wasted time – Instead of a 10-second quick reply, we’re forced to dig through up to 3,000 online comments, wasting 7–17 minutes per response.

  5. To be clear. Vista has a better than average UI and it's great in many aspect. Amazing support. However, there are CRUCIAL defects that are VERY PROBLEMATIC.

Unfortunately, the Vista Social team considers these crucial issues as merely "features" and "suggestions" to improve in some later time.

  8. I tested this app and I actually liked it. We need 32 social profiles and their plan of $120 has only 30 so I search the web and found this. So grateful.
